Angela’s Coaching offers Emotional Intelligence Leadership Coaching, Training, Workshops, and Consultancy in English and German. Our philosophy is to uncover the foundations of leadership, build awareness of what true leadership requires, and shift underlying attitudes and behaviours.
We work through a framework of Emotional Intelligence and Radical Acceptance. Based in Luxembourg, we offer services worldwide to private clients and to companies and institutions, either on- or offline.

In our complicated times, female leadership comes with particular sets of contradicting expectations that present unique challenges. Leading women are no longer unheard of – indeed female leaders are now actively sought out.
And yet, we are still not fully embedded in thinking of ourselves as leaders, and when we embrace leadership, we are subjected to increased scrutiny and criticism that can be limiting.
